When I was at Caesars, we did this neat project where we got to identify what the technology stack of rooms of the future was going to look like. What accomplishment are you most proud of? Outside of sports, one of my favorite things to do was hang out with my dad on his boat in Summersville, West Virginia – so technically I had my boat driver’s license before I could drive a car. You would have caught me playing soccer, running track, or kicking for my football team. I grew up in a very small town in Pennsylvania, almost smack dab in Amish country. Where did you grow up, and what were you like as a kid? My first job at 16 was as a cashier at my local grocery store, so working on checkout is in my blood! Before that I was on the Lean In-Club Experiment team for Walmart Labs, on the Business Innovation & Technology Strategy team for Caesars Entertainment, and used to work for Paymentwall, an alternative digital payments platform. I’ve only been in a sales development representative role for about two years now. Tell us more about what you were doing before you joined Fast. After speaking with other passionate Fast employees, I was sold. Once I started taking a closer look at what Fast was building, I fell in love with the mission. He knew I’d been keen to explore new roles after he joined Fast. I was a sales development representative at Unity Technologies when I met my manager, Christian (Seme, Head of Inside Sales at Fast). I’ve always had an interest in the fintech space and fascination with emerging technology.
